Open Global features error

Problem:

When open LMS global features the following error appears(screenshot attached):

Solution:

It is a rare compilation bug of ASP.NET and IIS. The bug occurs becasue ASP.NET wrongly compiled LMS solution.

To make ASP.NET recompile LMS solution, please go to 

 C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files

 and delete all folders and files there.

After this is done, refresh the central administartion page (note that the first time compilation lasts for about 5 minutes).
