How to make it impossible for learners to skip video or click Next during its playback

Problem

We would need the feature, that it is not possible for a student to skip a video or click on Next. The learner should play the video until the end, after that he can go to the next step. Is that possible and if yes, how can that be realized in SPLMS?

Solution

This can’t be controlled within SPLMS but this can be controlled inside the flash video, e.g.  inside of a SCORM package that does not allow to press Next (or Next is simply greyed out in the package) until you watch the video up till the very end.
