"Show me all certificates for all learners including details" error

We received the following error when attempting to view the "Show me all certificates for all learners including details": 

A data source associated with the report has been disabled. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.DataSourceDisabledException: A data source associated with the report has been disabled.

To remedy this issue you need to enable the data source:

 

* Change View in Report Library to All Documents

 

* Click on created Data Source

 

* in Availability find option 'Enable this data source' and make sure it's checked

 

* Click OK
