No information in mobile application when using web-service

Problem:

When open My Learning (using web-service) in the Mobile App "No Data" message is shown under "Courses", "Announcements", etc.

Solution:

Check that:

  1. NTLM and Basic Authentication is enabled for the LMS' web application on both SP2007 and SP2010 because some mobile platforms do not support NTLM.
  2. Verify that only compat.browser and compat.moss.browser (for SPServer) are present in App_Browsers directory. The backups and copies of these files should be stored somewhere else.
