Problem:
When open My Learning (using web-service) in the Mobile App "No Data" message is shown under "Courses", "Announcements", etc.
Solution:
Check that:
- NTLM and Basic Authentication is enabled for the LMS' web application on both SP2007 and SP2010 because some mobile platforms do not support NTLM.
- Verify that only compat.browser and compat.moss.browser (for SPServer) are present in App_Browsers directory. The backups and copies of these files should be stored somewhere else.
