How can I assign a user group to another course?

I would like to know if/how it is possible to assign a group of users from one course to another. Meaning, I have Group A and Group B participating in Course 1 and I want only Group A to proceed with the training and take Course 2. Can I assign automatically Group A to  Course 2? Maybe add them in the Course 2? I do not want to add students one-by-one but all the group, is it possible?

Just type the group name in the picker - it will assign the whole group at once. This is what we have modified in the standard SP picker.
