This is the flow for troubleshooting the endless or failing Course Provisioning.
1. Check at what point the provisioning progress is stalled, asking the client to manually stop the provisioning. It is important to double-check this number in the database. If the progress is stalled at 25-26%, reset the CC job. In case it doesn't help, proceed to the next steps.
PS If the provisioning progress is stalled at another point, then the issue should be revised in another manner.
2. If the CC job doesn't help, ask if the client is using a custom template. If yes, suggest them using a default one (team site).
- If the client is able to create a Course using a default template, this is a Sharepoint issue that has to be addressed to their support team.
- In case they aren't able to create a Course with a default template, try creating a Sharepoint subsite using a custom template:
- If the sub-site can be created, this is an LMS365 related issue that has to be escalated to the dev team and fixed.
- If the sub-site can't be created, it is a Sharepoint issue that has to be addressed to their support team.
