The original SCORM has been deleted and replaced so no SCORM attempts can be seen now. But a learning path that has this SCORM item shows learners attemps as successfully passed as before.

Question:

Shouldn't the learning path status change according to the changed SCORM item?

Answer:

The system doesn't asociate learning path items by titles, it is done using internal IDs, thus even if you add the same learning path item the system considers it as new one. 

That being said the statuses of the existing learnign path attempts don't change when you add/remove items from the learning path. 

For best practices if changes are needed after learners have already started and finished some: create a new item and unpublish/delete the old one.
