Allow Play option in documents library

Problem:

I'm using a document library and inquiring about the Allow Play option in advanced settings. By default this box should be checked but in our LMS it is grayed out. Please advise on solution.

FYI, the option is not grayed out in out of box document library. This only occurs when a new document library is created. Is there a feature that should be enabled so that all new document libraries are the same as OOB.

Solution:

Standard SharePoint document library doesn't have such feature. 

This option is only active in custom SharePointLMS Documents library (Documents course module).
