I checked Exit navigation button in SCORM advanced settings but still can't see it when I pass the attempt

Exit button visibility in fact depends on 'Finish by lesson status' option. So if you go to SCORM advanced settings and uncheck it you'll be able to see the Exit button when you pass the attempt. 

But when 'Finish by lesson status' is checked it's assumed that AutoExit i.e. automatic redirect to the SCORM statistics page is handled by SCORM package (and works only for Final SCO).
