Problem: One of our clients is having an issue that we have not encountered before. For some reason, when creating a new CCM Profile the save button does nothing upon clicking. It seems to refresh the modal window, but does not state an error or any kind of notification of any kind.
Solution: When attempting to create a profile for a user that already has a profile that is deactivated or incomplete, the modal window refreshes in the same fashion upon clicking the save button. No notification or error is produced when clicking this button. It just refreshes the modal window.
However, when if you delete the incomplete or deactivated profile and create a new one with the same user, the profile is created and is set to active.
